Solar Roast Coffee, coffee roasted by the sun
Solar Roast Coffee is located in Pueblo’s historic shopping district. Solar Roaster Coffee decor is in keeping with the Spanish heritage, nice tile floors, dark and very comfortable tables and chairs. We were there on a Saturday afternoon, and the shop was busy with locals and Saturday business workers. The menu is sparse, but the food is good and a real value for your price. The staff was very friendly and knew their job as a barista. The main tag line for Solar Roaster coffee is that their coffee is really roasted by the sun in a converted satellite dish, making it one of the few green means coffee shops in the state of Colorado.
