Upton Massachusetts is quite lucky to have Red Barn Coffee Roasters calling their fair town home, Red Barn roast a wide selection of fair trade coffee and some organic certified coffee that fills out their amazing assortment of finely roasted coffee. I their shop in historic part of Boston that was a treat to go into and spend some time with the baristas and discuss coffee and roasting profiles making my visit a pleasurable one to where I bought a bag and took it home with me all the way back to Sequim WA. I recommend Red Barn’s coffee to anyone who wants a taste of East Coast coffee.
Roaster Review: I sampled the Guatemala Antigua and found it to be a nice crisp cup of coffee, great for breakfast or a mid morning break. Nice finish, no heavy after taste, great for peanut butter sandwiches, or those morning pastries.
