Hooligans in Rock Springs WY is a refreshing stop for coffee.I found this shop in a parking lot on the I-80 Business loop in Rock Springs WY. I was quite impress with how they made your drinks and added a few nice touches to their customer service, like the chocolate covered coffee bean on your drink and a real straw for your to go cup so you don’t have to tip it back and take a chance of spilling your drink. What drew me to their shop was the billboard with a rather sleepy looking space alien that is in dire need of coffee. They will fix you up real quick and send you on your way with a smile. Call in orders are welcomed so if you are on a tight run, call ahead they will set you up.
