Roaster Review: I sampled the Sumatran and found it quite pleasing. The roast was not as dark as other that I have tried, making this bag of beans a pleasant excursion in different Sumatra roasting techniques. The herbs and earthiness were first and foremost fallowed by a hint of spices and Carmel, giving a unique flavor to this coffee.
