Black Cat Coffee House where the local cool cats go.
Black Cat Coffee House in northeast Phoenix has a lot to offer for their regulars, and also the causal drop in coffee customer looking for some quality coffee or espresso drinks.
This little wonderful coffee house is located a block east of 44thStreet and Indian School Road, in a shopping plaza, so parking is not really an issue. Once you go into Black Cat you are no longer in a shopping plaza, you are in a very well decorated little coffee shop that looks like it belongs in a hotel lobby in downtown Phoenix.
This is clearly a community coffee shop, you will find local art from local artist gracing the walls, and advertisements for local events.
How was the espresso?
The espresso is quite good, I had a cappuccino that was done perfectly, and the chia tea was equally done well. Black Cat also has cold and nitro brew on tap, and some signature espresso that are tantalizing to the taste buds. Their coffee and espresso come from Echo Espresso out of Mesa AZ, you cannot get more local than that.
How is the seating?
The seating is spacious and very roomy, there are tables with comfortable chairs and couches with coffee tables and bar tables with matching chairs.
What else does Black Cat have?
Black Cat has several light food options such as sandwiches, wraps, and pastries. Their non-coffee drinks like Italian sodas, protein and vitamins drinks.
Overall
Overall Black Cat Coffee House is well worth a visit, it is a nice place to go, and have a wonderful drink and a quiet place to recharge your batteries or meet your friends and hang out and chat.
I like the fact that Black Cat is easy to get to and parking is not an issue.
