Austin Java Roaster Review: My brother brought up his favorite coffee from Texas and it was Austin Java’s House Blend. I found it to be a pleasant cup of coffee, nice aroma, with nutty notes, and a carmel finish. The taste was quite gentle as a Texas spring morning, leaving a nice crisp finish. Now I know why he likes it.

All valid points but the real qsuotien here must be about verification. The Fair Trade system flawed as it may be in commodities does have that external verification built in. Otherwise aren’t we just asking consumers to trust us ? Is that realistic.
