Three Hills Coffee, Selkirk Scotland
Nestled in the charming border town of Selkirk, Scotland, Three Hills Coffee is a must-visit for coffee lovers. Located on the corner of High Street and Tower Street, this flagship coffee shop and coffee roaster offers a delightful experience for the citizens of Selkirk.
At Three Hills, they roast their coffee right in-house and sell it fresh in their shop. They also have an amazing coffee shop that serves up a wide variety of coffee, espresso, and delicious sweets and sandwiches to pair with your caffeine fix.
We stumbled upon Three Hills by chance during our visit to Lochcaron Mill in Selkirk. After our visit, we decided that a delightful cake and coffee were in order. As we drove along Tower Street, we spotted the clapboard for The Hills.
Once we parked and entered the coffee shop, we were greeted with warm hospitality. At first glance, we knew we had found the perfect coffee shop.
The shop itself is housed in a late 18th-century building, so space is limited. However, the lobby is spacious and inviting, making it a great place to sit down and enjoy your coffee and dessert. I particularly liked how the coffee bar was set up. It’s the first thing you see when you step inside.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Three Hills opened its doors in 2018 with a commitment to providing excellent coffee, espresso, and customer service. They’ve nailed all three of their core values, and I think they’ve truly become a community coffee house and the area’s roaster. They’re committed to being a player in Selkirk’s well-being and a space for coffee knowledge and passion.
I love how Three Hills became the community coffee house and the area’s roaster. They’re dedicated to being a part of Selkirk’s thriving coffee culture and inspiring others to share their passion for coffee.
