Bindle Fort Collins: A Hidden Gem
Nestled in an industrial park on the back side of a building, Bindle Roasting Company is Fort Collins’ little secret. I was pleasantly surprised to find it bustling with happy customers on a Tuesday morning, sipping coffee, chatting with friends, and tackling homework or computer work. This roastery and coffee shop combo is a must-visit for coffee enthusiasts.
The spacious lobby offers plenty of comfortable seating, creating a cozy atmosphere. The lighting is just right, not too bright or too dark. Upstairs, there’s a loft that doubles as a seating area, and you can even catch the coffee roaster in action. If you’re lucky enough to witness the roasting process, you’ll be enveloped in the fresh aroma of freshly brewed coffee.
Parking is a breeze thanks to its convenient location in an industrial park. I’ve had to drive off to another spot in town before due to limited parking and the extra cost.
The hours are reasonable, running from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Sunday is closed.
I felt very comfortable and welcomed when I visited. The staff, friendly and knowledgeable, made me feel at home. They even offered great ideas on how to get the most out of my coffee at home and how to truly enjoy my visit to Bindle’s.
Bindle offers a great selection of fresh, roasted coffee to buy, along with other items designed to enhance your coffee experience. If you ever find yourself in Fort Collins, make sure to swing by Bindle in either location and indulge in their delicious coffee.
