We found Better Living, while exploring Water Street in Port Townsend on Labor Day. Better Living is decorated as a funky and down to earth coffee shop, lots of home made goodies and food made right there, all from local produce growers. There is a wide selection of vegan and gluten free items to accompany your coffee, that seems to fit in very well with decor. The view of the bay is outstanding, boats and ferries going by, and of course the wide range of sea birds. The staff is polite and low key, making your experience a pleasurable one. Better Living Through Coffee is a big draw for the locals and the day trippers as well, so plan on spending some quality time there, it is well worth it. Hours of Operation:
