I have had the pleasure of having a very extraordinary espresso blend, roasted by Bergies Coffee Roast House in Gilbert AZ.  Bergies Espresso Blend is one of the very few blends that can be appreciated any way you want, be it a stand alone shot, espresso milk drinks, an Americano, iced or hot, and Iced coffee.  This blend does it all without losing any of it profile and high quality taste.

I sampled Stumptown's single origin coffee, the Ethiopia Duromina, and I found it to be truly outstanding. The aroma has a very strong floral presence that sets the stage for the pear and slight raspberry flavor. The body is very buttery, moreso with cream added, and the finish is light and clean, making it one of the better cups of coffee for 2011. I did a food pairing of pears with Kerrygold's Reserve Cheddar, that totally brought the house down.  I gave Stumptown's Ethiopia Duromina, a 92.
